Discovery

Starting with an in-person site visit, we align on your project goals,  budget, and timeline. We listen, to get to the heart of what matters to you and to learn about your aspiratoins for the space. In our follow-up meeting, we cover any remaining questions and define the project's true north and design philosophy.

With experience overseeing many projects through the construction phase, we are well-versed in coordinating with general contractors and other trade professionals. WHEN SHOULD I HIRE AN INTERIOR DESIGNER?

To achieve seamless success, our preferred approach involves early collaboration with architects and trade professionals. As we limit the number of projects we undertake and often have a waitlist, we recommend reaching out to us as early as possible to secure a spot. By doing so, you'll be ensuring a dedicated team committed to bringing your vision to life with the utmost care and attention.

DO YOU HELP ME CREATE A BUDGET FOR MY PROJECT?

Planning a realistic budget is crucial to the success of your project. If you're uncertain about cost estimates, we suggest researching project averages specific to your location. During our initial consultation, we discuss costs upfront and can help guide your initial budget based on your goals.

 

We’ll help you make smart design decisions with a focus on adding value to your home. We’re always mindful of your investment and ensure that your budget is used wisely.

AM I INVOLVED IN THE INTERIOR DESIGN PROCESS?

You’re at the center of our approach. We view our clients as valuable partners throughout the design process. It’s your vision we’re bringing to life. Our 5-step process remains the same for every project, but we’re flexible in accommodating your needs and preferences. We keep in close contact so that you’re informed throughout the experience and use a combination of email, phone, and in-person meetings to ensure you’re always in the loop.

HOW DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES?

Our billing structure follows a "retainer by phase" model. Following the initial consultation, we present you with a comprehensive scope of work and an estimated total number of hours required. To begin working together, we collect the initial retainer, and as work progresses, we collect retainers at agreed upon project milestones. Costs are discussed and agreed upon upfront ensuring transparency and clarity.

WHAT DOES THE ORDERING & PURCHASING PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

Our full-service clients receive white-glove procurement services. To make the process as easy as possible for you, we send detailed proposals for your approval and keep you informed of progress at any stage. Once the orders are placed, they’re delivered to a receiving warehouse where they’re inspected and stored until final installation. If there are any damages or returns we’ll be sure those issues are resolved as seamlessly as possible. We offer all products at retail cost or below, so you know your investment is being well spent.
